Firstly, I cannot believe that it’s been 11 years since this happened. I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your father and I’m also very pleased to hear that when you got home you had good news as well. I was just scrolling through KZread when I came across your video which brought back so many memories of that night I was one of the paramedic crew that helped you and your father. I was actually the one that got up first and my claim to fame is you see the back of my head, for about two seconds inside the helicopter giving your father the okay sign. It is wonderful to see that you actually went back there and it would’ve been brilliant to meet you again maybe if you make the trip to Wales again we could meet up.

Martin, thanks very much for your help on that night. It must have been quite a slog up the mountain with all that gear.
@martinroberts2415 күн бұрын
You are very welcome, and to be honest like you I’ve only walked up. I didn’t walk back down. Walking up with the kit isn’t that bad I think walking down with it would’ve been worse.

They are automatic only, so I rotate it back and forth about 10 times to get it going and give it some initial winding. Then wear it while moving about. A 20 min walk should fully wind it.

This per is a Qualitron. it is IMPORTANT to use the exact battery size that is 393. Otherwise you can not push the inside (not visible!) button of the circuit. The AG3 for example, are too short thou the diameter fits well and the watch seems to work.
