Congrats on a great catch! That was really interesting to see how the owl mystery resolved. Snow tells a lot of stories.

Great to watch how you set snares and really interesting. That sure must have been a strong bird to break a snare wire to carry off a rabbit. 👍

Whatever type of bird it was, it certainly was strong. It broke the wire and carried off the hare. A raven would have eaten it there. I wonder if the stainless wire would have held the catch better? Brass wire gets very weak when kinked. Curious to see how you pen works out. Back when lynx cubbies were the style, hares would clog them up because they would use them as cover. Thanks for the video. Looking forward to the others!

I do think the stainless would of held a little bit better. I had the same thought. Ravens would indeed jsut eat it there, possibly just pick at it, and there was no hairs or anything left from picking. Thanks again !

Could you do a video on how to skin then tan the rabbit hide? I normally just rip the hide off but would like to learn how to tan and keep the hides. It would be cool to see some recipes to.
