KTM/Husky/GasGas Air Filter Service: rmatvmc.link/ktm-husky-air-fi...
Changing or servicing the air filter on your KTM, Husqvarna or GasGas is one of the easiest and most important maintenance jobs you can do to ensure your bike is running up to par. In this video, Charles shows the proper steps on how to change or service the air filter on our Husqvarna FX 450, but this process will be similar for all late model KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas motorcycles.

Did you forget to grease the filter (as the manual states) around the edges so it's sealed once installed?
does anyone know how to reset the spanner symbol on 2021 tc 125 after a service?
I get a small amount of oil around the crank case breather hose (not enough to leak out of the air box). I have a KTM 500 exc-f and the crank case breather hose is routed to the air boot. It’s not the air filter oil. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this? I get more when I ride more wide open desert with higher sustained RPMs.
Which bike brand (among the modern 300cc 2-stroke enduros) has the easiest sollution for changing filter? Are there filters that come pre-oiled if I want to avoid the cleaning/oiling/drying process?

Changing an air filter will generally be the same. We have a selection of pre-oiled air filters, so you don't have to deal with the mess. Enter your year/make/model and you'll find everything you need.
What oil are you using for the foam air filter?

We used the Maxima FFT for this filter. You can check that out here: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/parts/maxima-foam-air-filter-oil-p
What if bike sucks a little bit air filter oil?

You'll probably be fine, just avoid it. You need enough oil on there to prevent dirt from passing through, and when the oil does get sucked in, the bike is usually hard to start. Also the fuel injected bikes have a sensor in the airbox that should stay clean for accurate readings. -Charles
