Hey, so we get 2 papers emailed to us. One big paper that we saw you put inside the SHOE BOX and one other paper that you have to cut a piece out of and put that part (Shipping label) on the shoe box or on the bigger brown box that you used? And with ''putting the shipping label'' you mean just use tape to stick it onto the box right? :D Thanks in advance

Yes, you got it. Just tape it on right outside the brown box. They need to scan it at the UPS stop. Its pre paid for. All you have to do is drop it off and wait for your pay day!

If I’m shipping the sneakers from Mexico, do u know if my local UPS will charge extra money for the shipping to Stockx HQ ?? 2. What kind of shipping label for ups does StockX provide? 2day?

Hello Keith, I just shipped my Utility Black today but there is no update yet on the Stockx, it says Print Shipping label even though i already shipped out the shoe. this is my first time selling on Stockx.

Hey my sapling I have a question if I have to ship two items can they both be in the same box with both labels or does it have to be separate shippings

Just to clarify as a international seller, I do not have to pay any shipping fee to UPS when I'm shipping my shoes from my location to StockX, instead when the shoes is sold, the shipping fee calculated is deducted from the total payout. Am I right?

Yes, in fact stockx has been giving free shipping to sellers for the past few months. All you have to do is print the label and drop them off

Its not necessary. I have it because I was sending back a shoe that I purchased off of stockx for my dad as a gift. The green thing is what they use to say they're legit when they send them off

it depends, if you accept to sell them to the highest bidder, then they’ll pay when you ship and they make sure they’re authentic, but if you just make an ask, then you have to wait until someone accepts that ask, which could take days or weeks. then after they take your ask, stockx will do the same after you ship

What if I laced the shoes in a different style?

How does it work if you are selling from Canada does the us money convert into Canadian dollars
