Why do people wear fakes? Why are people so obsessed with something they can’t have and instead of just moving on they buy fakes, is it to take pics and show off? Genuine question.

I find all of this funny for several reasons but I'll try to avoid most if them lol Now the business partners Nike and resellers feel how the consumers feel when they see the price of a pair of sneakers that have been botted and backdoored to death 🤣😂 And therefore unfortunately, for the business partnership of Nike and resellers, I don't think consumers care much about Nike and resellers ails because consumers saw what they would do with releases and prices in the absence of 1:1 replicas........ and the consumers don't want to go back to that 😂 Consumers will go to great lengths to keep replicas from dying....and we are about to see just how far they will go lol

As long as there are resellers who will go ble up the vast majority of the stock, they will dictate the prices. Stock numbers would have to be magnitudes bigger than they traditionally have been for it to make any difference.

As a 6 figure reseller. I highly encourage everyone to buy high quality replicas. It’s all from china anyway, there is almost no difference, just the price. Spend money on real leather and craftsmanship, not synthetic mass produced and overpriced sneakers.

The rep scene is fueled by hype shoes that Nike sells out of anyways. Their lost profits from sales of reps is probably slim to none. Not to mention this will do nothing to stop the sale of good fakes sourced directly from china. Ain't nobody that has an instagram page or website selling anything very good to begin with. Waste of time law suit.

Authentication is about "more likely than not". No company guarantees your sneakers are real. They just guarantee they'll refund you if you can prove they aren't. Either way, Nike continues to ignore their own distribution issues and they don’t care because they own the printing press.

Fakes will never go away . This is all cap . Even if they have business names they will just switch to a different name . They do this all the time . This is not the first time Nike says they are cracking down on fakes . Nothing is going to happen . This is just all talk , and even if they go thru with the law suits fakes will continue . Even after the bape law suit or the Kai cenat law suit they still continue to release new Kai and bape shoes . They will just move to new factories it’s that simple . Just like Louis Vuitton fakes in china town New York , fakes will just continue to release and probably at a higher rate to cover law suits. Fakes will continue to grow and this news will not change anything at all .

@@KeithAdam I just don't think this does anything at all. Sure it deals a blow to the more known replica sellers now , but as we've seen before someone else will inevitably take their place. If Nike really did want to address the issue they would increase supply so that people who want their shoes can actually get them. The only reason people resort to buying fakes is because of Nike's insistence on limiting stock for in demand sneakers. And as we've seen with the Dunks, this is something that could easily be achieved if Nike had the will to do it.
