What if the client asks: "Will I get more sales with the new website you will provide? Do you guarantee that?" So now what should be the answer?

Excellent content. Here's a suggestion. Rather than say "How did you hear about me?" Say, "How were you referred to me?" It sets the perception in the prospect's mind that you are extremely credible and highly referred.
Rob is basically a pro about creating clickbaity titles and then delivering great value still
This is without a doubt the best advice on selling high ticket website design you’re ever likely to find on KZread. Believe me I’ve looked and this is absolute gold. Thanks Rob!
Using this today for a client meeting, cheers Rob!

Great! Thanks man! This is a clever's man way of selling stuff.
Great video! I have liked and subscribed :) One thing I would suggest, is that the question: "Is there anyone else that you need to talk to about this?" should be asked way earlier. In fact, it would be best to ask it in a previous call/meeting, so you don't have to give a second presentation or rely on the first person to sell your product to his business partner/family member. Keep up the great content!
Perfect as usual! ❤
Thanks for the breakdown!
Great video and tips! I am a beginner on websites sales and I am wondering if you have any video on how to do the first call interaction with a prospective client?
I kinda see the SPIN selling pattern here Rob :) Btw, I read it recently and it's a great book :)

I would like to suggest some useful improvements on your future videos hopefully to show some sample of visual elements of the website so we can more understand to put it you know we are web designer we are much likely to understand visual samples. thanks :)
Thank Rob, I've used this information today. Thanks for teaching this! I have a question regarding setting up a business site - would you recommend it to be personal e.g. 'Joe Blow - Web Services' or look bigger than I am, 'XYZ Web Services' ?
Thanks brotha

@@alilagharithephotoshopper4611 I had some trouble getting consistent clients but managed to land a few (from friends and fam referrals), ....since that comment iv went back to 9-5 agency ... Hello Rob, I started watching your videos and I really loved it. I am a high school dropout from Nepal and I really want to learn coding so can you please suggest me some free learning tutorials which will work for me in the future? Thanks and keep it up. Love from Nepal.
Hi Rob, great video. Some of these questions are new to me. Are you asking all of them during every sales call? Ps. I'm looking forward to your next video! I'm actually taking notes right now.

No not all. And these change also. This is just some samples that I would use. Go with the flow of the conversation and always be ready to pivot. A real phone call will never go as planned so its best to be open to seeing what can help the client the most. Thanks Alex.
Hi Fox, thanks for this vid - I've been brought here by recent comments saying others have gotten big sales because of this vid! After learning the pain points/inside information on businesses, once you have delivered the project - hypothetically let's say you then take on a project with their competitor, what are the limits of what you can reveal to help? e.g. if you helped Company A solve their issue by method xyz, is it ethical to tell company B about it? Especially if they are direct competitors/in the same niche. Thanks for your time!
could u pls share a video on how to create sow docs
How to build very solid rapport to open them up?
this question will br by phone ? can be via email o survey ? work the same way ?

What if the client asks: "Will I get more sales with the new website you will provide? Do you guarantee that?" Because the clients want to be sure about earning profit for the investment they are about to make. So now what should be the answer?
It seems we could ask many of these questions for selling SEO too do you agree?

@@FoxWebSchool okay great I'll start thinking about how I want to ask you a question. I just did it in my head and I ended up asking like three questions and rambled on for a minute so I need some practice because I have so much that I would like to ask you but it's hard to frame. SEO is a difficult conversation sometimes.
is this business still gonna work in 2023? so-called selling websites?
