can we do masters while doing surgery non tra inee job?
Indian surgical experience do count in 18 months or only uk experience?
Hey doctor can u please tell me if I need to do audits, research, publications, teaching, leadership for securing a non training job in uk.Dr.frances also didn't explain about her portfolio for first non training job she joined.So I am a bit confused.Help me out!

For non training jobs, you don't need that much on your CV but still it is good to have these things on your CV.

The 18 month rule dosent make sense to me.... Why wouldn't more Experience be better?

With experience they expect you to apply for the higher (ST) training.
