In this video I show you how to cook scrambled eggs in the Instant Pot. Perfect fluffy scrambled eggs every time. The Instant Pot is perfect for college students or anyone where a kitchen is not available. You can cook just about anything in it!
Shopping List:
Large eggs (as many as you want)
Dash of milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. olive oil
Butter
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Crack and add the eggs to a bowl along with the milk/cream, salt and pepper. Beat well.
Select saute and high heat on your Instant Pot and allow to get hot.
When the display reads "hot", add the oil and the butter and allow butter to melt.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot and constantly toss until almost scrambled.
Add the cheese and toss until melted.
Serve and enjoy!
