because there is no money in fear and truth, but a lot of money in any form of escapism. its all about money and thats why we are doomed because that is the only thing people are focused on. and even with this information people will not change the way they are and act, why spend 8$ on beyond meat at the grocery store when you can go to mcdonlads and get a full meal for 3$. why ride a bike when a car gets you there faster, plus if you have a nice cay "you look cool", people will fail this planet until there is no longer a planet

the problem is that people talk so much but do so little. watching videos and feeling sorry for the world will do nothing. here are a few things we could change, in our personal lives, which make a massive impact: 1. switch to renewable energy 2. stop buying and using plastic bottles. take a reusable cup to coffee shops. 3. same goes for plastic bags 4. go vegan. (if that's too hard, go vegan for a few days each week. sounds dumb but makes a massive difference.) 5. save electricity. (turn lights off when you leave the room. don't leave your phone on charge overnight. turn plugs off at the switches AND take the plugs out.) 6. save water. take shorter showers. wash dishes manually instead of using a dishwasher. (unless of course, your dishwasher is new and more efficient than washing hands manually) 7. take public transport / walk more / bike / do car shares 8. don't waste food. start a compost bin if you can - it reduces waste at landfills and gives you good soil :D 9. maybe try growing your own fruit/vegetables. or - get your produce from a farmer's market. 10. boycott unethical companies. (edited now that it's become known to me that boycotting palm oil isn't the best thing) 11. plant a tree :) 12. switch to ecosia. 13. maybe the most important: USE YOUR VOICE!!! try and influence the people you know, sign petitions, write to your local mp, whatever you can do to make a difference. people really underestimate what their voice can do. even if you manage to persuade your friend to stop buying plastic water bottles or stop driving their car to a shop 5 minutes away, it makes a MASSIVE difference. i edit this as more people give advice! thank youu

If we just inform People on climate change and sustainable future. What can we do, and how. Individualy and colectivly. If leaders lead People in the right direction, humanity can go in the right direction. Not just for those on the top of the pyramid, but for all of the humanity and the rest of the nature that we are. We have advanced minds and are capable of doing Great acts. But we should do it in unity for unity!

@@yuzdude5220 im not sure wether you're being sarcastic or not, but if you aren't let me educate you- in approximately 12 to 11 years all the damage we have been causing for thousand of years will be basically irreversible and the sea level will rise that will cause masses of floods, tornados, storm etc. This will then force people to move to rural areas where the sea is far. That will cause overpopulation and that will cause many and many people becoming unemployed etc. And at the end of this all the food supplies will drop because the animals are dying because the main sources of the food chain (plants, trees, grass) will be gone because of global warming. Then if we don't have clean water or food we are going to die of starvation. We will have to wear gas mask because they say that breathing that air is just like smoking, imagine little kids trying to breath but instead having to smell the fumes of gas released by their ancestors. Your families will have to suffer because of this. So even if this is a joke 'Yuz Dude' think about the future and the death of millions of future generations is no joke. Have a good night.

My small effort to save our planet... 1) I do not waste food by my own but if other family members have wasted it , I feed it to cows and dogs. 2) The raw vegetable waste is used to make my compost every month. 3)I collect plastic waste of our house like oil, Shampoo, water bottles etc every two months and sell them to junk dealer. This plastic is recycled further. The money I get from selling is used for buying new plants. 4) In the hottest months of the year (May and June) I fill water in clay pots for birds and animals. 5)I avoid using plastic bags while buying groceries instead I used my cloth bag. 6) I try to reuse my items and clothes and don't purchased the newer ones very often. 7) I collect AC and RO waste water to water my plants. 8) I plant trees every week ..Like in this hot month of May I have planted 5 mango trees.

The fact does not account for the space area/square footage of domesticated land vs wild land. Rather it addresses the fact that that there are an excess of domesticated animals vs non-domesticated, causing an excess in waste production that this world is not meant to equalize naturally. If humans and their domesticated animals did not exsist, and the world was never touched by humans in the first place, there would be far less creatures on this planet. The fact that 96% of animals on this planet are domesticated does not necessarily hold any evidence to the amount of "wild areas" left, because theoratically all humans and domestic animals could be crammed together and that statistic could still be valid. By saying this i do not mean to say that the wild populations and areas are not greatly reduced by our living standards, because they are. Im just stating that the fact of 96% domestic animals does not correlate to there only being 4% of wild lands. Rather the subject is far more complex. We would have to account for what the natural amount of animals would be for those wild areas. Even if we had many wild lands, our domestic animals may still make up over 50% of the animals because we mass produce livestock to feed our unnatural population of humans. I appologize if this sounds confusing at all

The earth is proven to be in a constant state of regeneration and refreshing since it cycles every year from winter, spring, summer and fall. The ozone layer is proven to replenish itself if we slow down the production of harmful chemicals and pollution entering the atmosphere. The same way your knees regrow new Cartlidge if you don't completely wear them out first. We have the resources to clean up the pollution and recycle glass, paper and plastic. The forests are proven to have a 7 year cycle of regrowth. And people manufacture oxygen for space travel and medical use so we don't depend on trees for oxygen or cleaning the air. Some journalists lie just to make themselves appear relevant, creating sensationalism for publicity.

The US is the second largest contributor to climate change after China. But China has been investing in renewable energy in recent years while america is not making any changes. But this is also to blame on the many politicians that are still taking money from the fossil fuel industry and denying the facts in the media.

Going vegan is the single most effective way for each of us to minimize our environmental footprint. "According to the most comprehensive analysis of farming’s impact on the planet, plant-based food is most effective at combatting climate change. Oxford University researcher Joseph Poore, who led the study, said adopting a vegan diet is “the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth.” “A vegan diet is probably the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth, not just greenhouse gases, but global acidification, eutrophication, land use and water use.”. -Joseph Poore, Environmental Science Researcher, University of Oxford. Link me the study proving the climate change is man made. Controlling kids feelings is so easy. Kids shouldn't be able to vote. They vote to make the rich pay for their free stuff... Just look at detroit. Those companies moved because people voted to make them pay more taxes. You kids turn countries into venezuela. No Free Stuff. Trump 2020. I don't vote for free stuff like someone handicapped that needs others to take care of me. Thats a fact. Not feelings.

NPC-Bear studies proving climate change have been around for longer than you, read this: climate.nasa.gov/evidence/ References to studies are included near the bottom of the website. Also kids can’t vote, you have to be over 18 and most people will not have the opportunity to vote at 18 because elections aren’t every year. Btw it is an incorrect sweeping generalisation to call all under-18s socialist because I am not one for example.
