Get a 2-4 unit house so you can rent out the other units to pay for your mortgage 👍🏻😎
If you want to be wealthy, don't throw your money into buying a house. Invest in money making assets, not liabilities.

You have to own a home to be wealthy. You can also have other assets as well.

@@Answers721 Wrong. Wealthy lease their homes. You have some misinformation. You don't get wealthy by owning your own home. It not the 1950's. It's a liability. You obviously haven't read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. You own things that make you money, not liabilities.

@@therock1232100 What she can mean in this video is also just that--own your home to lease to somebody else.

@@Answers721 You don't have to own a house to be wealthy, but I think owning offers many advantages. If you are going to live in the house or rental for a long period of time, I think owning is better. If you are going to live there for five years, then owning does not offer a wealth advantage because the fees and low growth. I agree with a house being a liability as Robert Kiyosaki says, but I am not of the position we should not say, don't buy a house.

@@Answers721 No, a house you live in (without any rental income) is a liability. Just look at your cash flows - it costs you money. Appreciation is just the refection of inflation - not wealth, but running to stand still over the long term. A house to live in is something to be purchased with wealth, not build wealth.
