why did they have to remove the swingarm to change chain and sprockets . strong paint on the frame , looking at them putting your link back on. lol

Ahh they didn't have the tool to open the chain link and the chain goes around the swingarm... They tried breaking it without removing it but it was not happening due to uneven surface of the ramp on which bike is standing..... Honestly same work could have been done easily with right tools but due to my urgency and their preparedness, they had to do it differently
how is the performance and noise level of new rolon chain?? What is the exact number of stock chain links?? is it 116??

Performance is good, not noisy and it's for 600i so it's supposed to be performance friendly 🙌 Stock is 116 links 525 pitch

u could have used the old chain right??? only sprocket was needed it seems

Nope, it was all gone. Old chain would have spoiled new sprocket in 100 kms only

Bhai, Benelli jese showroom mei "Jugaad" word use nai hona chahiye. Specialty tools agar inke paas nahi hai to service center kyun khol rakha hai inlog ne?

India without Jugaad? Kaisi baat kar rahe ho dost.... Moreover they are not supposed to install aftermarket products.. that's why jugaad kaha hai.....what they have comes with chain links and it was a new requirement but still they didn't deny. On spot they ordered the tool for future needs. Let's be better and help others get better too
