Thank you for this video! My handle came loose, and I wouldn't have thought about looking for an allen screw underneath the handle if it wasn't for this video.

Thanks for the tutorial. The left side of the handle had come off when the mounting screw on the left side of the handle had backed out of my 2 year old Samsung refrigerator freezer drawer. I was having visions of an expensive repair where I had to call in an experienced repair person who would then proceed to take apart the entire door from the back until he could get to where the mounting stuff was located. The revelation of the set screw made my heart sing! It was literally a one minute fix. Thanks again! You guys are great!

I too had the left side of the handle come off and used your tutorial on te set screw thanks. Hardest thing was getting off thr floor to get to the set screw.

Thank You SO much. I popped the handle off, and failed to pay enough attention to find the set screw. This video showed me the light. .

Thank you! My issue had nothing to do with the end cap but rather the screw that held the handle on the left side when facing it came unthreaded and watching this showed me how to reattach it.

Would love to know how to replace the plate where the handle screws into (specifically the right side for my RF28HFEDBSR/AA). The handle just came off in my hand the other day because the plate that the handle's screw screws into is completely stripped somehow.
