So I'm here in the UK with a Samsung Fridge Freezer in place and working. I'm sat here looking at it feeling massive appreciation that you, miles away, took the time to film this and put it on KZread. I'm pretty sure I would have worked it out eventually but I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you for producing this video. I was in tears trying to follow another man's instructions. The men who delivered my new fridge wouldn't take the doors off the old one so it could be taken through the narrow doors in my house. I'm very grateful.

I am getting a new frig but since I had the original one delivered, I got new countertops that extended my pathway. Didn't feel like paying the delivery people extra to try to lift the frig, etc. I searched several " You Tube" clips but yours was perfect for my needs. Again, thanks!!

Great job producing this vid. You clearly showed us each step in detail. I live in an older home with 35" clearance at front and rear entrance doors and 31" clearance at doorway entries to kitchen. Samsung French door model I'm interested in shows 29 1/4" depth without the doors. Hope my story ends as happy as yours did. Thank you for such kind words! If they have the exact same fridge model that you want in the store, you can always take your measuring tape to the store and confirm that it will fit. 1 3/4 inches of clearance should be plenty. If it ends up being really tight, just remember to cover the sides of the fridge to help prevent scratches if it happens to rub a little. Good luck! Cheers.

Thanks so much for the video! The Samsung fridge we had for 12 years proved to be just trouble for the last two years, I guess they build them to last only 10 years or so. After a number of repairs, most frequent of which turned out to be refilling R134A refrigerant that I had to do a number of times, I finally had it with this fridge. Going the KitchenAid route now. Though I hate to throw out this fridge only after 12 years of use, non of the local appliance repair men want to even touch anything made by Samsung or LG. Since we bought this fridge we have renovated kitchen and installed sliding door that is narrower than fridge with doors and handles installed. Your video comes very handy, since I don't think that Home Depot delivery people that were hired to remove old refrigerator will know how to remove the doors, so I plan to do it myse ahead of them coming with new refrigerator.

I spent 2.5 hours trying to get that glass shelf out. And you showed me how 3 m before i broke it...THANK YOU!!!!!!!

It would have been awesome of you showed how to re-apply the grey plastic covering the you unscrewed at the start. Movers just took my doors off and re-applied them but have that plastic cover not fully applied at the top on the right side. They were charging me by the hour so I couldn’t wait for them to get it right. If you can remove it and re-apply as a quick video that would be awesome 😎

Thank you for your kind words. Glad you found the video helpful. And don't worry too much about the drawer. It should slide back in just as easy as it came out. When you reinstall it, just push the drawer all the way back in before you pull it back open and you should be good!

Have you done a removal of the 4 door flex model. ? I need to replace the bottom right door

Hello, It is possible to disassemble the door of the Samsung freezer. (that you are installing in the minute 13:05 of the video). To see inside the freezer door and install the plastic bits holding the freeze handle in the back of it? This refrigerator has a couple flaws, and one is that there are some plastic bits holding the freezer door handle on.

I wish I found this before my move. What size are the bolts in the bottom freezer? The door was removed the most difficult way, clearly. I need to purchase new bolts. Thanks!

How do you remove the metallic parts on both sides that hold the freezer door from underneath?

I had my refrigerator delivered and goes perfectly well in the place it is. But I can't open the doors completely , I want to know how I get those doors open fully.

What if your fridge has a water dispenser on the door? I just bought a new Samsung fridge and should be here in a few days. I’m just trying to plan ahead before it arrives. I’m sure it has a hose that runs down the the water dispenser. Do you know if it’s easy to disconnect?

The waterline has a connection at the bottom of the door. There's a short and informative video on how to disconnect it if you do a quick youtube search.

Help. my husband and I can not get the bottom right vegie drawer out . it appears the black metal bar is in the way of the wheels. Also the center bar is broken on the back./ At any rate we are trying to get the shelf off so that we can to the back panel so that we can install a third party metal piece to keep the drain from plugging.

Sometimes pausing the video while you are working, then resuming once you ready to proceed to the next step can be helpful. You can do this!

You didn’t pan down. I have the exact model and can’t remove the top drawer of the freezer. Reaaallly wanted to see that magic trick cause I’m stumpped.

Push back then lift and pull at a 45 degree angle.
