Definitely a move you should know in parkour I personally love this move a lot it's a very easy and simple way to start at doing vaults over obstacles and moving threw flow and Ronnie your that man and our sensei if I spelt that correctly 😎

Ronnie, you still haven't done a tutorial on a parkour slide (if that's a thing) and some other vaults such as a thief vault, split vault, spinning vault, etc. You also haven't taught us how to horizontal wall run. Will you be doing a tutorial on these soon?

I was practicing the safety vault on the back of my couch and I jumped down at such an angle that I twisted my ankle. Funny enough, that was the same ankle that I hurt this morning when I tripped over a log in the dark (I was late for school)

well good for you,for all beginners,safety vault is the first vault to be taught because it is a base to most other vaults though the progression(ex. Safety vault-speed vault,speed vault-lazy vault)

I may not be *doing* parkour a lot, but i'm making a game test with parkour This video inspired me to make up a variation of the safety vault i think you might like Basically it's a safety vault but your body is more vertical, and your leg doesn't come up and over the rail (or other object you vault over) until about when your hand and feet come off the rail, kinda like you're running off of the rail

everyone should know safety roll before doing parkour if they fall just safetry roll to reduce impact

I just hit my knee quite hard trying to do the safety vault on my non-dominant side, on a rather tall (for my level, i.e. about chest height ) rail. I ran a 5k just fine after that, but it has started swelling and hurting when I returned home. I hope it's gonna be ok, because having to stop doing parkour because of a safety vault would be quite embarrassing.

What is the difference between this safety vault and step-speed vault? Or is it the same?

Are there any locations you would recommend for parkour?

Im pretty sure that when you use your foot thats in the middle you have to get it down before you place your hand on the bar so you dont trip and land on your head
