Hello Thank you for the tutorial. But The pharmcat-2.8.2-all.jar file does not exist github anymore. Is there any alternative to this part of the pipeline? has something changed in Pharmact pipeline? I really appreciate if you can guide me on this matter.

All releases are available on GitHub. Make sure you click on the "Releases" link instead of a specific version. Here's a direct link to 2.8.2: github.com/PharmGKB/PharmCAT/releases/tag/v2.8.2
