Any WR out there watching this video and going nah I’m good, I’m gonna keep running my routes how I’m used to, bro trust me I was the exact same way. Changed my route running to steps and I’m telling you it makes my routes so much smoother, faster, and efficient. Improved my game so much

Thx coach, so when I do agility workouts ( say I do 2 a week) should they be the same exercises?

Repetition is always key. A lot of times guys want to do a bunch of fancy drills but you repping the same things over and over for a month and then progressing to more advanced workouts will help you a ton!

I was thing of trying ur 28 day qb work out but I’m not to athletic so could I do less reps for some stuff and still we progress

Yeah I recommend decreasing the amount of sets but doing the same amount of reps. No shame in lightening the weight either if you’re a beginner
How come you don't have the WR Dictionary on your shop on your website? Are you trying to still fix it to make it look a little bit better?

We honestly just have other products that I feel are better and better showcase the content in that specifically
Coach I got pretty heavy legs meaning I have big legs but theirs no strength their could that be a reason I’m slow and how can I get rid of my heavy legs
