How To Run Faster By Using Yours Wrists To Improve Turnover Speed and Ground Contact Time: This is a great concept that you can implement and literally immediately improve your speed. It is a fairly complex skill to be able to implement but when you do the results will be amazing! I literally improved my speed by about 1-1.5mph immediately after implementing this into my sprinting. Just remember to keep the rhythm and timing. Enjoy!

@@PerformancelabofcaliforniaI recently started jogging really slow with arms held in tight to my chest, feet and knees really centered. When I interrupt the jogg for a sprint I feel really fast. Do you think this could benefit other as well? It sure brought lots of speed to my feet anyways.

Sprinting will make you stronger but getting stronger wont make you faster. I find personally that when i focus more on sprinting and stop lifting alot i get stronger in all my lifts
