A way to make the feathering got quicker and don’t do it all at once get your piece of hair for the braid pull on both ends at the same time and then begin to braid. It is seriously takes a quick second before you start to braid

Hi. I am trying to learn this method. My only problem is when I do the braid, the rubber band shows a little . How do I solve this ? Am I not gripping tight enough?

No I use that method too but a little different, and my hair just gets thicker..I just got bk natural too

This is a great tutorial, thanks! I had the issue of my real hair frizzing up and not blending well as I was doing it. Once I braided past my hair it looked good. I have 4c hair and blow dried it first but then I put some edge control on my hair thinking it would keep it smooth but it didn't lol. Maybe I need to try it just at the root for neatness. Anyone else have this problem/find a solution that worked for them? Thanks!

Thank you! And yes try it only at the root and I put a little when I got towards the end of my hair to make sure it tucked away into the braiding hair
