The timing on this is crazy- I'm up late night cleaning my room bc i need to, I'm not tired, and my parents will get me the prop i need to make my 50 subs celebration video! There are also other benefits that i won't say, but i also feel like resetting my life and then while scrolling through motivational vids to listen to while cleaning... Guess what i found!! hii rebecca! i just wanted to ask something for help! my classes just ended and i want to get a glow up. but the thing that i really want most is to fix my bad sleep schedule. i used to sleep at 12:00 am and wake up at 4:00 pm in the afternoon, i tried pulling an all nighter from 4:00 am in the morning to 6:00 in the afternoon, but i ended up falling asleep and waking up at 12. i really want to fix my sleep schedule because i know that im wasting the time in the morning, and i want to be more productive. do you have any tips for me to fix my sleeping schedule?😭 thank youuu!!!

Start falling asleep at a set time maybe. You can try using different methods to get you tired before the set time like meditation, workouts. Since you’re used to 12:00 bedtime maybe try to sleep at 11:30 and gradually get to a time you like for bed. If you’re used to studying before bed, maybe try doing something like a quiz? I hope this helps! 😊
