You are so welcome!...you can also try frying them in cooking oil for a minute or so after you are done with my process just to spice it up

I used to wash first which makes cook time longer. I'm trying your method in a short while. I prefer without salt. Hope it won't affect the final result

If you are a salt person try with a little...if not then don't. It will still be ok. Washing is not a must n yes takes time. Try n share feedback

I love groundnuts. I usually roast 1 kilo at a time. I sprinkle salt solution, spread evenly on a tray and place in the oven at 130°C for an hour.
