How To Ride A SNO-GO Ski Bike

This video walks a new rider through the basics of the SNO-GO ski bike during a beautiful day at Powder Mountain, Utah.
You will learn how to check your equipment, start on the appropriate terrain, turn, brake, and stop your bike. Next, this video covers how to load a chairlift as well as a moving carpet and poma lift. And finally, the instructor ends with a few tips to keep you progressing through intermediate and advanced terrain.
SNO-GO ski bikes are the only ski bike recognized by the Professional Ski Instructors of America and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI). All SNO-GO bikes are equipped with the SNO-GO EZ-Load chairlift hook which allows the ski bike to be the only bike compliant to ANSI codes which regulates all ski area chairlift loading policies. Grew up skiing til I was 15 in Utah and completely lost interest in the sport with how expensive and crowded it's gotten. This thing just made me want to pick one up and hit the slopes again. Looks like so much more fun than skiing.

Excited to try this at Hoodoo . hopefully this season... Just finally getting snopack . I enjoy snowboarding but have no want to ski. This is the perfect hybrid to get me back out there in my mid 40s.
I’ve always hated Utah winters because I don’t ski or board but this looks epic!!! I can’t wait to try this! Thank you for saving my winter blues! Are these allowed on Utah slopes? Specifically the big ones in the SLC area?
