@@dinazaman7418 very vaid point. valuing criticism and feedback is important for our growth. And it takes a lot of courage to “listen” and adapt. However, believing in every piece of criticism is also a sign of low self-esteem. That’s why emotional regulation & the journey within is so important 🙏

Employers and all the people in leadership positions needs to be taught this. Inhumanity and insensitivity is increasing so much at workplace that people are going through lots of stress. I work in an environment where every single person is feeling uncontrollable stress. In fact in our organisation it is believed that threats increases productivity and a good person who talks with respect with others can't become a boss.

Great episode. Thank you for bringing this program to you tube. I come to the conclusion that we are chasing a constantly receding finish line called success . It is a mirage not a reality as once we arrive at one goal , another one appears!! One definition of success i like was from from Earl NightEngale who defined success as a "successive realization of a worthy goal". But our goal post moves constantly!

Loved the conversation deciphering the complex paradoxes in such a beautiful way. The existential wisdom and ephemeral self. Emotional regulation and spiritual connection ie the integration of mind ,body and conciousness. I am wondering why the levels of consciousness and human quest to be in that space and pursuit of happiness and peace wasn't discussed as there was so much of referral from Bhagwat Geeta..
Great conversation with so much insights. Such topics are gaining currency of late. I am cornered in remote Uttarakhand (kumaun) and our window to knowledge once used to be text books and magazines now it has become such podcasts and presentations on the KZread. Sobha Before saying anything I would like to thank you very much. The height to which you have taken this dialogue is simply wonderful. The difficulty of the Internet is not less, so many channels, so much content, it is a matter of choosing the right one.Expertise is essential. But it is more important to be able to adopt and apply it in relation to living. There was no Jergon in your dialogue, the speech was clear. As a moderator, the way you took the dialogue forward, your thought process was so spontaneous, It was amazing. The discussion has been very rich. And as usual it has its limitations. When it comes to mental health, the topic of balance comes up. Doctor says that which is beyond our control, it is better not to attempt. But it is not easy to decide how much we can, where to stop. You also have this question in your mind. In fact, our limitations are not only natural or biological. Our borders are formed by social economic political culture. And many times we have to take the risk of crossing for a new world. To be honest, I fell in love with you. Not because you are very good looking or your presence is very good, if this dialogue had been broadcast on radio the result would have been the same. Thank you.
