Thank you. I didn't set up face unlock. And I also did not setup thise new emergency alerts under the home app. I accidentally clicked it and the prompt for "allow/close" was stuck on the screen. I asked siri to restart my phone but it said you need to unlock your iphone but I couldn't since there was a prompt covering the screen. Now I was able to restart.

Thanks man this really helped, my screen got stuck for like half a day😂
