Great video on eminent domain. Everything you said I'm in total agreement with hit. I hate it when governments abused the Constitution and not applying the Fifth Amendment correctly when dealing with eminent domain.

It is. I've always felt it should only be used in a circumstance of emergency, like strategic installation of anti-aircraft weapons during a state of declared war.

I am the subject of a kingdom. I am a Christian and eminent domain does not apply to me. Read the story of Ahab and Jezebel. Ahab Jezebel and their descendants were wiped out for taking Naboath's vineyard.
