Yes, but ones that come preinstalled with car diagnostic software. Computer diagnostic tools for troubleshooting car problems come in many different forms. Most common one is a laptop. Some are like tablets and others small just like a phone.

my 2013 does NOT have a reset button. I have looked everywhere.

I finally found it on my 2013, it is not directly visible but if you put your finger to the left of that inside screw you will find it.
