Thank you. Samsung shop couldn't fix it, but you have! Have to re-install apps, but I'm happy to do that now the tablet is working again. I thought I would have to buy a new one. Thanks again. BTW, I did the hard reset.

is it possible to upgrade this model to a recent android version? almost none of the basic apps are able tu update themself. Last time I ve checked in XDA there wasn't any.
