How much time will it take??

After searching this web for over an hour to try and hard reset my daughter's tab this was the only thing that gave clear instructions that I could find. Thank you

i have an issue with my samsung tab 4. the notification bar wont come down wen i swipe it down. i restarted it,nothing happened. then i turned it off and then on. nothing happened its still not working.another thing i noticed was the multi task button wasnt working. and this is in a samsung tab 4 so the button is censor and not a solid button. somebody please help what do i do?

mine is freeze on Samsung. i did all what u said on hard reset and after that it took me again to same spot when i started on Samsung screen. do u have an idea what is going on with my device !!
