Plug it in the power outlet, then press hold down the power and bluetooth for more than 10 secs.. for some it worked, hope it will work to you.

Try po natin ang factory reset, if wala pong mangyari, try nyo po ito: 1.Turn off the wireless mic and the speaker 2. Turn on the mic and place it on top of the speaker. 3. While mic is on top, turn on the speaker and wait for the tiny chime sound to connect. 4. It this doesn't work, contact the service center napo

Please notice me Sir. I bought a JBL Partybox Essential but I didn't bought the microphone. So I buy a wireless microphone, a JBL Wireless microphone but it's not connecting. I don't know why. Please help me. 🙏🏻

@@KULASTECHSHOW20 I bought a JBL wireless microphone but now I know why it isn't connecting. Because the microphone is exclusive only to JBL Partybox Encore not for JBL Partybox Encore Essential. 😭

Can we plug in Guitar as well as Singing Mike with JBL Party encore essential? If anyone done this successfully, please comment! I really loved JBL sound quality but I want to connect both Guitar as well as Mic into this speaker, please help!

This is possible for JBL essential with the use of a sound card. You can check for sound card models with mic & guitar inputs and aux audio outputs

Reset nyo sir, then observe nyo if may pagbabago, if wala dalhin nyo sa service center

total garbage speaker. keeps turning itself off. this doesn’t reset it
