Sheela, Universe, our spirit guides and our ancestors dont want us to ever cry and thats the reason why universe brings those answers and help in the form of messages, videos, etc. I am so happy that universe and your spirit guides take good care of you. Whenever u feel sad, try to drink additional water and spend more time balancing 5 tatvas, with nature ( sun, earth , air, aakash, watching a diya after lighting and drinking water ) half the problems get resolved .
