Morning Robot another great blog. I've put on a malossi front shocker. But it was the older type with the single bolt through at the bottom. What a job that was took me age's lol. Still all done made a lot of difference much better. Cheers Lee in Gloucester UK.

Biturbo front, Malossi in the back? I'm thinking of doing that. Biturbo pair in the back, just a bit too expensive...

Robot - I noticed the stock front shock on my 2021 HPE Super Sport (red spring) is quite a bit stiffer then my mate's 2019 GTS Touring (pre-HPE). Also it appears red shock coil which comes on a Super Sport is thicker than other GTS models (except Sei Giorni and Racing Sixties). Is it possible Piaggio uses stiffer and more sport-oriented shocks on these 'sportier' models? I am asking as I also noticed shorty mirrors that came on my HPE SS and don't come on most other HPE models. Thanks.

I can't believe you said cinder block. Two reasons, cinderblocks are very abrasive ( paint damage ) cinder blocks are brittle and when they fail it is normally a sudden failure. Most of the str strength in cinderblock walls is achieved by the mortar and rebar that is added in the voids of the cinderblock wall when it is constructed. Wood old tires a jack all will sag slowly giving time to make changes before total collaps.

Hi 🤖. Could you help advise on what to check if vespa lx 150 2013 model unable to kick start. Initial problem was the plug coil wire got burnt off during riding. Changed the coil with new one . Checked the spark plug with my friends bike is good. Checked fuel lines. Checked the 2 fuses in front cover and other two fuses near rear battery case good. Checked battery voltage good. Checked the starter motor relay beside the battery on rear side of bike using jumper still no spark and starter motor turning very slowly. Checked air filter good. Checked cvt part good. Please help. I have a 2014 GTS, 300 with terrible front end whobble (at most speeds), only 500 miles on it. Tires have been balanced and aligned. Is there a particular shock better than another for this issue, to help correct? My local dealer says to replace the shock.

@Robot - The Bitubo comes with a very large washer. In the video, it doesn't look like you used it. Is it optional? I have a 07' GTS250 ie.

Hello. Robot missed it. According to the manual it goes below the lower bushing. Without it the pressure over the bushings is lower (alters performance) and also the large hexagon can damage the bushing. Perhaps the video can be edited @Robot? Also, the shock can be removed and mounted with a regular hexagon key and a closed 8mm wrench (combination) from the left side (above the Vespa badging) and the black trimming doesn’t have to be removed. The torques are ~12nm first tightening, ~18 second, 22 final, moving from the upper to the lower bolt, while having the tire on the ground so the slack is in the right position.

Hello Robot, I am Martin from Czech Republic. I did full restoration of my ET4 (www.motorkari.cz/tema/?t=188615) and now doing a full of GT200 (www.motorkari.cz/tema/?t=216648). I heavily use your videos and I am a big fan. I wanted to ask if you are planning to create videos on complete cables and pipes routing on ET4 and GT200? This is never well covered aby any of the books and long-term it is very important because it saves you from a lot of headaches when the cables and pipes brake being wongly routed and I struggle a bit to make it correct. Thank you a lot and wish you all good.
