hey man had to come comment. great video! I've never worked on a car before (changing tires and the oil aside) and you made this repair very easy and understandable. after watching this video there was no doubt I could do this myself and so far so good! car started right up, idling properly and the throttle light was gone from the dash! thank you thank you thank you!

Any idea where the IAC valve is on the 13 Chrysler 200 2.4l
Why not disconnect the negative battery cable on the body fender connection? Much easier and same exact effect.
Is there a relearn/recalibrate process without a scan tool ?
Will the car re-learn/re-calibrate on its own?
how necessary is it to do the "relearn procedure"? I dont have the tool/machine for that, so will I b able to replace this at all with that being said?
Where is the sensor itself located? Currently having issues with my electronic acceleration system

The electronic acceleration system is located on the gas pedal.

It's a completely different animal.
Why not just undo neg battery cable under hood?

They put the battery in the WORST place
How do you know if it’s the throttle body that needs replaced or just bad wiring because Chrysler’s are known for electronic issues...my car has the sensor light for the throttle come on and off randomly but when the lights off it drives normally.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a bad crankshaft sensor and some other similar sensor that I forgot the name of right now.

It’s a year later did u ever figure this out ? Was it the throttle body or the wires
And the people working everyday will pay it back
Failed to go into the relearn procedure. Not helpful.
