I have a 91 four cyl Camry, 2L, it has a very similar automatic trans mount, it looks just like yours, I have to change mine, I want to take it out, so I can buy the exact same new one.

Was the vehicle not jacked up or the transmission supported while replacing this?

Yes transmission was supported for lowering and raising as needed.

I do the same thing with the folded paper in the ac vents in my 95. 👌

Hey bro. When I put my 96 corolla into drive it clunks bad. Do you think changing the transmission mounts will fix that.

I have no way of knowing that, you're going to have to figure out what's causing the "Clunk" and go from there. It's almost always the best way, throwing parts and money at a problem before you know what it is usually ends up wasting time, money AND doesn't fist the problem.

did this issue made your engine vibrate while driving when you accelarate?

Yes, vibration transmitted noise into the cabin.

I get most of my stuff of eBay. For the little stuff I just go to O'Reilly or AutoZone.

Is this particular mount known to cause issues or can it be any mount that cause your vibration. My steering wheel has a vibration when ac is on while in gear, stopped, want to check the mounts as a culprit.

This particular engine mount is not a known cause to my knowledge. The power steering pump is in the front on the engine twards the fire wall. I would suspect the engine mount by the right front shock tower, ... but check them all...

yes, my car does that all the mounts are shot, its part of your engine or trans clunking against the body/bracket

Is this why my shifts are kinda rough in my manual corolla. Also if i get on and off the gas, the transission is rough, sometimes my car will randomly bounce back and forward

Yes, I believe so. I have had both engines in this car. The plastic front engine covers are different but the engine mounts I used were the same for both engines.

Where did u buy those red hoses?

We supported the transmission with a jack and used it to adjust the height to help with alignment.

What brand engine mounts did you use?

@@Engineerboy100 It's cool. I just replaced 3 of the motor mounts. Couldn't get to the rear one. Unfortunately, now my car vibrates worse than before! Do you think it's because of that rear mount or do you think something else is going on?

You need to replace with the OEM ones.

Yes, I used a jack under the transmission. You can support it from the top as well.
