The belts would need to be replaced anytime they wear out, disintegrate, or break from use.

Do you have anything on the Conlux CV3? Trying to figure out how to get the stacker out of the housing. Took the board out and 4 screws around where the bills go in. There's no release tab on this model. Top seems loose but something is holding the lower stacker in. Thanks

No, but the sensor boards on the MEI 2000 series are extremely easy to remove, they don't really require detailed instruction. The lower one pops out of the housing, and the upper lifts straight up once you remove the housing from the motor chassis. Give it a try, you'll figure it out pretty quick.

Question: do you have to take off all the wheels? It seems with the tension rod the you could just slide it on.

I'm not sure I understand your question...What part are you referring to as the "tension rod"? There is no way to replace all the belts on this validator without removing all the white wheels, if that's what you're asking.
