Dude. Bout to leave work and my battery light was on for some reason. I MADE it to work so I got lucky. I check under the hood and the belt snapped. Hardest part for me is going to be orienting the belt properly on all the idlers/pulleys and such. Your simple picture diagram of how is should go is going to save me a big headache man. I appreciate that!

Looks very straightforward for my car, 2015 Sabaru Crosstrek. It looks like you can do it in 30mins. I'm getting quotr from all these mechanics saying it's going to take 3/4 hrs of work which mean $$$.

Hello I have a 2015 Suburu XV Crosstrek 2.0L Limited and need to find the belt positions as my tensioner went bad and belt came loose. Also how do I tighten the tension on it? Does it require a certain tool? I also need to know to remove bad tensioner if I need a special tool? Thanks Jeff

How to replace the AC compressor bearing. Do i need to take off the compressor? or i can do it with it installed

A1 doesn't have everything...but their' videos are excellent. Great concept. I see this engine appears to be exactly like the Impreza 2.0 L engine; thus, same install.

What brand belt is that and what's the part #?
Looks to be the same for my 2015 WRX as it is for this Subaru in video.

Does yours make a slapping sound ?
soak a serpentine belt in a plastic bag with 303 uv protectant spray for 8-10 hours your belt will last 200K miles - it works

What size bolt on the tensioner? Do you use a 14mm socket?

It looks straightforward until you try to follow the graph . It's not the same
is this same on 2014 subaru forester 2.5 h4?

Crazy that he still has the keys in the ignition. Never want to have a live ignition when working on pulleys or fans, yikes!
Does anyone recommend soaking the new belts "generically" with any kind of silicone lubicrant, as noted in other videos?
Lost me at 10mm socket
easer to slide the belt off a smooth pulley, and it put it back on a smooth pulley.
