Very helpful. Just did my 95 Corolla wagon. Had to remove washer fluid reservoir, move cruise control, and move A/C lines. I am an amateur at being a mechanic, but your video made the job much easier. Thank you!

Great Video. You actually showed us how to do it. I watched another useless video where the guy just talked about it.

Wow! I've been looking for this video where you actually take the motor mount out and not just telling how to do it. I am the type of person who actually needs to see how it's done. It would have been nice if you showed us where exactly you put the floor jack and actually install the new one, but this is really helpful. Thanks.

first you have to lift the car under the drain oil box and put a piece of thick wood for protection then remove the windshield fluid reservoir then you can work on your motor mount.

Auto shop spotted the left side of the engine shaking and diagnosed that broken mount. That was six months ago. Do I risks breaking something else by not replacing that mount?Only 105K on the car. I am more concerned about its brakes, which I can do myself.

Great video Peter, I've watched several of yours and they're all very good! Do you have one that shows how you jacked and supported the engine to replace the mount?

Hi, I use jack and crane below the engine oil sump. So I lift the engine by oil sump area carefully.

Thanks for the quick reply! My plan is to carefully use a floor jack and some thick wood under the oil pan. I'll be doing the timing belt replace after seeing your very helpful video on that subject on my 1991 Corolla. Thanks again.

Can anyone tell me if the engine mount is different on a manual 4afe vs an automatic 4afe? I blew my manual engine, and swapped only the engine from an automatic, but kept the engine mount from the auto engine and ever since, my left side cv shaft keeps popping out from the inner boot section, and im thinking the auto mount is shorter than the manual mount, therefor stretching out the left shaft

Fuck me. I’m battling with that 19mm bolt. I cannot get it out. No work bench to bolt it down to either. Going to have to somehow get some leverage on it

Nvm I just got it. Took three slices of pizza and some pure man power. I just bolted the mount back on the car and used a 17mm wrench on the end of the 19mm wrench to get extra leverage. And some WD of course. Good luck to anyone else
