Thanks for this demo and the one on wheel hub bearing replacement. I'm working on a Forester, but your intel was very similar. The Subaru dealer wanted my first born to do these jobs. Let's just say you saved me several, several hundred dollars. I'll shop 1A from now on.

But WHY was that sensor worn like that?

Right, that's what I'm wondering. Maybe a bad wheel bearing not being centered.
This was very helpful. 👌
*Good video, thanks alot..*
Thank you!! You saved me $100's
Are crosstreks the same? Les Schwab broke my abs changing the wheel bearings :(
Great job I will be a great mechanic just because of you. Does every car has that rear ABS?
Great Video. Thanks! Will the ABS and Brake warning lights go off immediately after replacement or is there further action needed?
Good video👍👍👍
Are those rotors factory!? My '06 Tribeca had regular ones, I ordered drilled and slotted rotors for it and I absolutely love them!
Did you order your speed sensor from Subaru directly or from another retailer?
Can anyone provide a link for the actual sensor. mine just broke
did the axel baffle cause that wear on the sensor? if sow you should probably mention to bend it back towards the axel?
I just replaced my abs wire, I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking its a crazy long bolt
Can you replace the wire and keep old bracket
I dont haave a code reader ao could i replace this and would it fix it or do i need to clear the code after?
Do you have to replace the wire?

+bootska Thanks for watching. We used some simple dielectric silicone that can be found in any auto parts store! 1aauto.com
Yes! Why was that sensor worn like that? Does dirt build up inside? How can that happen?

+gwoiler Thanks for watching! Things like heat and road debris will cause this sensor to wear like this.
my sensor side is off and the wire is dangling,
Oh boy, this guy really hates long bolts haha
