You can do it way quicker if you don't pull all those panels off. I need to do mine and now I know what to expect. Thank you! I just checked my truck, and you can pull both steering wheel panels without pulling the big panel underneath..
MORE THAN AWESOME. Step by step, easy to follow. NO FREAKING MAGIC MOMENTS, just a FREAKING GREAT STEP BY STEP this is how. THANK YOU SIR!
Awesome video. I cannot thank you enough. Some clown tried to steal my truck… and in the process they jacked up the cylinder . Rather than get ripped off by the dealer …. I found your video and saved a ton of money. Thanks again
If the lock cylinder is worn out how is moving the old tumblers to the new lock going to help?
Great video. I removed all three panels as in the video. Now I put the key in and I can start the engine without wiggling the key and steering wheel.
What if you cannot get the cylinder to turn?
Thank you Sir it helps more. GBU !
what if you do not have the key anymore?
What time of lubricant is appropriate for the Lock Cylinder??
What if the new cylinder came with new keys and the new cylinder has tumblers in it already? Just install the new cylinder and it will start right up with the new keys?
Awsome video and great information 👍👍

He did not use the same tumblers. Same numbers, but they are new
Is it possible for a key relearn process not to work if the Ignition lock cylinder is bad?
So what if you can’t turn the key?
So, if you take those things out the old switch and put in the new switch, you can use your old key?
Great. Problem is I don't have the original key
How can you pull it out of the key broke off about half way in?
Is a 5.3 or 6.2?
Do you need to replace the tumblers , if replacing it with a complete lock cylinder w/ keys ? I'll need a fairly quick response . Thx
I went thru this process however I’m having issues with the theft system. Went thru the relearn process (which takes 30 minutes btw) and got the truck to start. Put the cover back on and then went to start it again and the same message about the theft system popped up. Any ideas?
Does anyone know the length of the 10mm bolt for the parking brake lever? I bought a used truck and the bolt is missing on the parking brake. Thanks in advance. I will try to find the answer and post it if I can somehow find it.
How to turn a stuck cylinder is my issue. It's the right key but won't turn for replacement
How the fuck can you work with gloves?
See I can’t even turn my ignition with the original key 🫤
