I have a problem with the actual active sway bar, not the rubbers. Basically is leaking hydraulic fluid. Do you know if that is repairable or do i just have to change it? Thanks

they do leak on mine but too little to do anything about it. Its more like sweating. If its a complete leak well then you need to take action. I think its power steering fluid. Its repairable.

@@ecologicaltime how would you go about repairing it? Hydraulic fluid is notoriously difficult to work with. I've seen forums where they apply adhesive and then permatex gasket sealer on the rubber boots. Seems to do the trick for the front sway bar but the rear is located underneath the subframe so it's a huge job to remove and so better to seal while it's still on the car. Failing that you could buy a M14 X M16 joiner and create a loop for the rear hoses and effectively remove the rear active sway bar. Interested to know your thoughts
