Good timing, just got my front bushing kit for my Precedent, now I need to get busy and swap them out.
Great DIY video!! I replaced the ones on our DS and Precedent and makes a world difference..✌🏻
I'd like to know if u still have the parts# for the bushing set. One think to do is take pics before, if it's something u haven't done in the past . It helps to remember what goes where
TIP. 10L0L Golf Cart Heavy Duty Coil Shock Absorber Kit, Fits EZGO TXT Front $69. Install these on the REAR of your DS for 1/2 inch lift and a smoother ride ( for big boys) With coils on the BOTTOM they install without removing the body. My DS is JAKE extended in the front & Stock in the rear, stock motor.

I might look into them.
Do you have any video or pictures of how the grab handle is installed on the back? This rear seat bottom is different than most.

I dont have anything from this cart as it was a oem rear seat.
How tight do you recommend tightening the bolts back up to?

1 ugga dugga? I usually just snug everything down.
I'm guessing that WD-40 doesn't dissolve the rubber bushings?

WD-40, or anything with petroleum distillates for that matter, will damage rubber. If the bushings are Polyurethane then it's far less likely to be affected. We typically avoid oils altogether and just use a dab of Dawn dish soap as a "lube" to get things like this into place. Silicone lube could work too, but that can degrade silicone-based rubbers. Dish soap is the safer bet just to ease installation.

Wd40 is basically a cleaner and water displacement product, not a lubricant. A silicone based product would have been a better choice
