Excuse me, but there are no bearing in the cylinders head of that engine type.. Only integrated bashing.... The only way is remove head , take all a part, and machining space for modular bashing as we see at the crank case....

This are not bearings, this are cheap way of saving real bronze bashings.. They counting that at heat temperature it will expand few microns, and both camshafts will be like floating by oil in a micro gap that created... I believe that you need to machine the era of camshaft bed, to a size of the external size of bashing ...but in this a4fe engine, you can't, because camshaft bed at down side is to nero...
