You will need to check your vehicle to determine its housing location. For that particular vehicle it could either be located under the glovebox, as seen here, or it could be in the engine compartment. The model shown in this video in a 1997 Mercedes-Benz C230. This installation is for the 1997 - 2000 Mercedes-Benz C230.

This video is not the correct process for the 06 model. The two links below show the two cabin filters for the 2006 c230. You will want to check before purchasing your filter to make sure that you have the options because not all came with both options.
