thank you for watching and your comment, these are designed to be a simple install click in place bracket which does not require any tools. If you need to remove your old bracket are are a number of different ways to do it and depends on the brand and design of your original rail, much however will require tools and require you to remove the complete riser rail from the wayy, remove the rial from the brackets and slide the handset brack off the bar. If you are going go to this effort to do this, it might be a better option to buy a standard replacment handset holder, rather than a easy fit bracket, shown here.

What do you do if the shower head holder is too big for your current shower head?

Didn't show how to put the bracket on and start to finish.

Of course you will need tools! Duh how do you get the old one off??

Did we use tools?? If you want to take the old one off then you may need tools depending on the existing rail. But if you don't have access to tools, or a handy person, or you are in a rented building and do not want or can't remove the existing holder. This product is perfect.

You dont need to take it apart, it pushes onto the pipe as shown, no tool required.

does this work for square rail too?

Round rails only sorry.

You didn't show how to remove the old holder, just attaching new universal one. Don't call it a replacement. 🙄

And the title is even wrong because you need at minimum a screwdriver to remove the old one.
