Try replacing the switch first.

U need to take the motor apart and clean the barings out and the shaft and put fresh zoom spout oil that meant for motors and put back together and u need to tap the shaft and few times to realign it and hand spin it to make sure if that’s doesn’t solve the issue then it’s the compositor
