@@Ereghro nismo koristili nikakve ležajeve nego smo izrađivali nove valjčiće od plastike (kao u videu) ili od metala.

Super ste. Upravo sam zamenio na meganu 3 i radi odlicno.a plasticni delovi imaju da se kupe gotovi

Sorry we can't make more of them at the time as we don't have more of that specific material. The man who made those for us usually doesn't deal with plastic processing.

Bravo za ideju... Mene ovaj poduhvat čeka i na mom Meganu. Da li ste proveravali da li su isti mehanizmi i na zadnjim vratima? Na Fiat Puntu 2b sam imao isti problem. Rešio sam ga tako što sam ugradio mehanizam sa zadnjih vrata (kupljen polovan za sitan novac). Identičan je mehanizmu sa prednjih vrata a zadnja vrata (pogotovo iza vozača) se daleko manje otvaraju od prednjih. To je vrlo brzo rečenje a skinuti mehanizam se može srediti i stajati u rezervi...

Hvala na gledanju i komentaru. Na našem kanalu je i video na kojemu mijenjamo ovaj mehanizam na Megane-u 3. Na stražnjim vratima je mehanizam isti ali je razlika u obliku metalnog dijela koji prolazi između bijelih valjaka. Prednja vrata se mogu otvoriti u 3 položaja, a stražnja u 2.

Do you think I could 3d print this, or would PLA be too soft compared to nylon? Thanks for the vids, just bought a scenic with doors that make a cracking noise, Xmas project for me :)

Honestly, we have no clue. We don't know how soft it is. What kind of Scenic did you get? You happy with it so far?

@@BbrosAuto I think what I'll do is change them for aftermarket ones then play around with the original ones when I get some time. It's a 2010 Dynamique in gunmetal grey. Absolutely love it so far, we had a little daughter in May so it's nice to have a bit more space than in our fiat Panda haha

Bok, koji je bio problem s metalnim valjčićima? Moje iskustvo je da je zamjenski graničnik vrata s metalnim bio jako loš. Na jednom autu mi metalni valjčići koje sam dao istokariti rade uredno već dvije godine.

Bok Alene, imao sam i sam zamjenski sa metalnim valjcima i nisam bio zadovoljan jer je cvilio i proizvodio razne zvukove pa sam zato odlučio napraviti plastične. Na jednom autu smo probali staviti metalne umjesto plastičnih na originalni dio i radilo je bolje od zamjenskog, jedina prednost plastičnih nam je to što se vrata otvaraju malo mekše i finije, ali i taj sa metalnima koji smo reparirali prošle godine još uvijek radi dobro.

Great if you want to repair but a brand new pair can be bought for less than £20. Time is the real cost. It takes much less time to replace than repair the original so why wouldn't you when the replacement part is so cheap

Sure. We have videos with replacement parts on our channel. Did this one just the show the process it takes and the necessary tools. Most of the replacement parts have metal rollers which aren't as smooth as the plastic ones, but on the other hand, they should last longer. It's a lot of hassle to repair the check strap, and we also recommend just buying a new one.

Here's a novel idea... Just buy a new one.
