Fixed my visor in under 10 minutes. Great fix at a great price --which was free for me since I already had an extra binder clip. Thanks for the tip!

(2013 Murano), I simply drilled a hole through that area and secured with a nut, bolt and a couple of washers. Works perfectly.

I have the same problem with my Altima. I will definitely try your solution as opposed to buying a new sun visor which I've done before.
