Bhai mai 6 mahine PG mai raha tha called "Bed Cube" on Pusa Rd... 18,500 Rs per bed tha aur 6 Month Salwan Rd par rha tha 18,000Rs per Month... rooms was with Ac + attached bathroom+ Kitchen common back in 2017.... only 1 warning for girls dont go alone with these brokers... thoe kand hue theyy...

No it's not, considering the entire cost of living in Delhi. The cost ratio benefit is very low especially when you're coming from different place to do coaching. I'm Ex-Vajiram student.

I will ask the price of total material of vahiram at multiple shops whenever i will be there. And will let u know about this over comment or may be vidoe formate as time will permit.

Bo they aren't different. Same as vajirams original material just photocopy of them. And they keep it up to date as well. Buy them without any hesitation

Hud hai kyu de broker ko? pehle month main advance alag dena hoga uska aadha brokrage, or security alag landlord, means insaan ka band baja rakha hai kya dhunda khol rakha hai, log bhi jimedar hai jo log dhundne aate hai unko mana ker dete hai kyuki wo broker ke through lagna hai.

Stay in laxmi nagar rent becomes 1/4 th and travel by metro ....use metro to save money..

In metro i have seen people reading news paper no one disturbs you and try to save some money plz it's a request.... Don't stay in Karol Bagh or Rajinder nagar.plz thoda adjust kr lo yaar...

10 min by metro. And 30 min by walk.

Security deposits wapas dene me landlord deri karta hai bolta hai abhi paise nhi hai badme Dunga ya any reason so just safety purpose shuruwat me hi ek agreement in written form usse sign karwa dena ki ye tarik se phele muje mera security depostts wapas chahiye.
