Congrats for the accomplishment! and thanks for providing useful info to your subscribers. We are following you since your video with Marina Henostrosa and interested in relocating to Spain with a NLV but curious about taxes implications since it is well known that Spain has very high tax rates and they tax you for everything. We know you’re not tax experts but are you guys obligated to file “Impuesto a la renta” in Spain since you are living there over 180 days per year with NLV status? How that works for USA expats with passive income and property owners?

Thanks so much. We hope to give our viewers more tax information in the future. This is our first year filing taxes, so we're waiting to do it before making a video about it. We don't know anything (yet) about the required tax paperwork for Spain. Sorry we can't answer your question! (It's a great one!)
