Finally got around to getting it out this afternoon - took me less than 30 minutes thanks to your video! I suspect putting it back in will be a bit more difficult...

Thank Reece what a great video i have a burst disc in my back and was dreading pulling my headlining out, I had made a few attempts at re gluing but this has given me the confidence to give it a go.

Update: We do ford FG and Holden VE by removing out rear drivers door, and not the front passenger door anymore
