We’ll done!! One of the motors on my driver seat went out and my driver seat is set all the way back from the gas pedal. I’m not that tall and having my leg extended out for periods of time, has got my leg hurting. Not sure what little motor went bad. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

You didn't remove the seatbellt. Its not completely out until the seatbelt is removed. There is a torx T50 bolt that holds the seat belt to the seat. Thanks for the video . I just replaced my seat in my 2013 2500 Silverado. The front 2 seat bolts were 14mm and the back were 2 were 11mm on my 2013.

The actual proper tools for those bonehead torx heads is E-18 deep socket, and E-14 shallow to lock into them properly. A metric 12 point will work, they are only grabbing with 1/2 the gizmos inside the socket, and can strip the thingys on the top of the torx nut holding the seat.
