you should have marked those two sheave halves they are balanced as a unit and need to be reinstalled the same as before.

How did you get leverage with the crowbars? What were you holding the bottoms of them against? What is the actual measurement I am supposed to be going for here with the spacers? I just did an EPI clutch and primary spring, and a new OEM belt. Not I am getting squeal and drag at idle in gear. I did sand the glaze off the top of my clutches with 800 grit. Will the drag and squeal correct itself?

Where’d you get your shims from?

Brother I know I send you questions on random videos but I have an issue on this current 2002 prairie 650 build the belt actuator is constantly on when I turn ignition off I know it’s supposed to run when off for a minute or so but I’ve timed it up to 5 minutes... it’s in L gear maybe it needs to be neutral and I ordered a new 2x2/4x4 switch I just can’t seem to figure out why this actuator will not turn off constantly making that winding sounds then stops then winds again then stops and I have to remove battery every time to not kill the battery

Mid Nebraska Motorsports me too I believe it’s the belt actuator or belt brake actuator shorted out somewhere that’s the next step to try thanks man

Had same problem on 07 360 removed actuator took apart cleaned really well and regreased gears with some dielectric grease and everything works as it should now shuts off after it does its thing about 5 or seconds

What would cause the machine to die when I put it in gear? It runs great until it's placed in gear. It clunks in gear
